Although they have a wide selection of traditional menu items to choose from, a specialty is apple wood smoked Texas Style Barbeque. Whether you are looking for our mouth-watering bbq beef, prime rib or salmon for a more elegant affaire, they will be happy to put together a catering package to suit your needs. Our professional chef is capable of catering large groups from 100 to over 1000 people for your private function at our scenic ranch location.
